It's designed to replace the OEM rear window from the Toyota Mountaineer or the new Toyota Hilux. The Reign RC Toyota Half Back allows a builder to Pro-Weld the back into place as it's made from styrene, which gives the cab a more natural and seamless look. It also paints more evenly than the OEM back due to it using styrene rather than clear lexan plastic. The Half Back also provides the builder with a clear rear window, unlike the tinted OEM one.

For those of you with Mountaineers this option is a lot cheaper than finding a legacy OEM back and is stronger and easier to work with.
