USPS First Class Postage is available for orders that weigh less than 13 ounces. This is intended as an inexpensive option to ship small parts orders. These orders are shipped in padded envelopes and are NOT insured.

USPS does not offer realtime tracking, but instead provides delivery confirmation only. A "package number" is provided by us at time of shipment via email.

Orders over 250.00 will be shipped signature required.

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Express shipping orders must be placed before 12pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) if they are to ship the same day.

All orders over $50 are insured.

In the event a package is lost, stolen or damaged, we will not replace or refund the order until our insurance claims process is completed.  This process takes approximately 10-15 business days to complete.
