Running it at 6 volts, it is very bright. Very sturdy, it's still working after falling on rocks a few times. Waterproofing seems good, it resisted being submerged in mud a few times. With this alone, i can drive on tight trails at night with no other lighting. (edit: been using this for a few years now, it is very durable! It got knocked and flooded many times, still works like new.)
