As I've come to expect with SSD products, great quality, fit and finish. The steel is nice if your looking for a little more low weight. I purchased their tool to tighten the scale bolts and had no issues. The center hub is what bolts the two halves together unlike the aluminum versions. Seems to hold the bead extremely sucure.

Very light weight for metal wheels. Make sure you apply thread lock to the small hex head bolts. On one wheel most of them were loose and on the other 3 wheels they were very tight, almost felt like they were cross threaded but they weren't. I also got the scale SSD Locking Hubs (yellow) and rear hubs and the wheels look great with them. I'm going to replace the hub hex cap screws with scale hex head bolts and see how they look. I mounted a set of RC4WD Interco IROK tires on them and they went on very easy. The back tire bead looks odd but that's because the wheel bead lip isn't very wide but doesn't seem to be a problem.

Got these for my SCX10. Aluminum hubs and rings. Even though scale hardware is placed on rings, you should remove them and Loctite the screws to avoid losing them. You get a few extras just in case. You can use a hex head screw (2mm) to tighten them down without the use of special tools. My first set survived a 200 foot tumble off a cliff. Only resulted in a slight wobble which was easily fix by bending spoke back slighty. Love these!
