Great quality parts, even the plastic feels very solid. The instructions are easy to follow, but have mistake in them. If you build the shocks the way the instructions tell you, tightening the bolt won't do anything, the shock will stay as a low pressure shock. They do, however, have instructions online, I found them on Youtube. Those instructions show the correct way to build the shocks. but even then, the second shock I built took a lot of trial and error to get set up the same as the first. I think the piggyback piston was getting stuck in the cylinder. All in all I'd say this is a good shock if you want to be able to change to pressure without taking the shock apart, but probably not for beginners.
