Installed on my scx10 with Castle 10A bec and it works great. I have been running Hitec titanium geared servos for a couple of years and haven't broke one yet. It has plenty of torque at 6v to steer any size 1.9 tires.

5 of 5 Hitec 7955 Hi-Torque Servo July 31, 2013

This Hitec servo really makes rock crawling more fun. I just installed this high-torque servo in my RC4WD Trailfinder2, it fit perfectly with no modifications and I'm very impressed.  I'm using it for steering and it's an extremely noticeable improvement compared to the 57oz/in servo that came with my radio system.   This digital servo generates a lot more noise than my previous low-torque analog servo did, but it works amazing and I've read that the noise is normal and nothing to be worried about.

This was my first Hitec Servo and one over 300 oz at 6v. Its very reliable and you pick up on the importance of servo torque when you see how stock servos perform. Good price for it too!

5 of 5 servo June 22, 2013

Installed this on my son's otherwise stock Wraith to replace the stock servo that stripped out quickly. This servo did require a Castle BEC 10A regulator to work correctly and some minor wiring mods, but install was simple. So far so good, the Wraith is back in business and steering has been 100% since.
