Pitbull tires have the best crawler compound and the size of the 1.9 Growler AT/Extra is the perfect size. There just about the same size as the RC4WD 2.2 Mud-Slingers. I put them side-by-side. About dead even. I also used the stock foam, which is the first time I've used non-memory foam since we use to star cut them (before memory foam). Now that being said. I'm very picky and always looking for the perfect combination of looks and performance for my scalers. I wish the 1.9 Rock-Beast came in this size , it has the perfect tread design. I ended up cutting every-other small tread out of the Growlers. It has a 1-2,1-2, tread design but much too close for mud or rock in stock form. Now the tread looks more chevron-like and more aggressive. It also performs better than any tire I've ever ran. Also I just want Rpp hobby people to know that they rock. Best shipping and knowledge out of anybody in the crawler hobby that I've ever dealt with.
