quud quality
good quality. BUT, I did not use it with my 2 stage foam tires finally. Reason is. The Weight Ring increasing size of disk. So with both foams the wheel was overfilled and too hard. When I try to use just one foam and Weight Ring, the wheel was too soft. It was just my feeling about. So I gave up and using the without the weight.
