Must have upgrade over the plastic idler
This will fit any AX10, SCX10, or Wraith style transmission and is a must do first mod to replace the failure prone plastic idler gear. This does require opening up your transmission to install, and gives you an opportunity to replace the bottom diff gear with a steel or aluminum upgrade as well.

This is a must have because the stock plastic idler gear is weak whereas this one is really strong and will stand up to what ever abuse you through at it
