Just right for my car.
These springs are working well on the front of a Capra (that's using ptfe/TiNi coated GTS shocks) without being too soft. Sits roughly 60% compressed with zero preload so there's plenty of range of adjustment to dial in your desired ride height. The white/.30 springs were a touch too firm sitting at roughly 30-40% compressed with no preload, but may work better if your car is 5.5lbs+

Really helped fine tune a custom build I am doing that is lighter than the TRX4 kit.
